The Gallery presents a comprehensive fine art collection by Tariq Gill, a contemporary Pakistani artist whose artistic practice spans decades. The collection features original paintings, drawings, mixed media artworks, collages, and sculptures spanning different periods of the artist’s practice, from the 1980s to the present, reflecting the evolution of his distinctive visual language. It includes works from the National College of Arts (NCA) Thesis Show (1988), the Home Alone solo exhibition at Rohtas Gallery, Lahore (2004), The Lonely Crowd and A Continuous Dialogue solo exhibitions at Khaas Art Gallery, Islamabad (2010 & 2012), and Bizarre at Drawing Studio, Lahore (2011). The Gallery also presents collages created in 1998 alongside significant works from different periods of the artist’s career. This fine art collection represents Tariq Gill’s enduring contribution to contemporary figurative art in Pakistan, with artworks held in both private collections and the artist’s own collection.
